Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AM Digital Designs platform, AMD Global Insights (the "Platform"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be authorized to act on behalf of any organization you register.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and only to conduct legitimate cross-cultural UX research. You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, or interfere with its operation.

3. Your content and assets

You retain ownership of the designs and materials you submit. By launching a study, you confirm you have the right to share those materials and authorize the Platform to display them to vetted, agreement-bound research participants for the purpose of collecting feedback.

4. Subscriptions and study allowances

Paid plans include a defined number of studies per billing period. Allowances, pricing, and features are described at the point of purchase and may change with notice.

5. Confidentiality

The Platform binds research participants to confidentiality obligations before they view your materials. You agree to keep participant identities and the Platform's proprietary methods confidential.

6. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, AM Digital Designs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
