2. Biometric & Spatial Sensor Data Governance

When participating in research sessions involving physical humanoids, spatial software, or AI hardware, we may collect sensitive biometric or spatial data subject to explicit consent:

Explicit Opt-In Consent: We collect facial geometry analysis, voice telemetry, eye-movement tracking, or movement dynamics only after you execute an explicit, written biometric consent form prior to the research session.
No Public Biometric Identification: Biometric and spatial telemetry data are captured strictly to evaluate user interface responsiveness, cross-cultural accessibility, and ergonomics. We never use biometric data for surveillance, commercial profiling, or public identification.
Decoupling & Anonymization: Raw biometric telemetry and spatial sensor logs are immediately decoupled from your name and contact details, assigned a randomized research ID, and stored in encrypted repositories.

3. Payment Processing & Stripe

AM Digital Designs does not directly collect or store full credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. All financial transactions are processed securely through our PCI-compliant third-party payment processor, Stripe. Your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and maintain our agency services, digital platforms, and software plugins.
Process client invoices, project contracts, and billing via Stripe.
Analyze UX, spatial interaction, and robotics telemetry to refine cross-cultural software frameworks and product prototypes (Innovation Lab).

5. AI, Robotics & Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or biometric information. We share data only with trusted infrastructure providers (such as secure cloud hosting and payment processors) under strict confidentiality agreements. For B2B clients utilizing custom AI bots or robotics plugins, data routing is governed by our AI & Data Processing Addendum (DPA), ensuring research and client telemetry are never ingested to train public AI models.

8. Data Retention, Biometric Purging & Your Rights

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill project requirements or legal obligations. Raw biometric video feeds, voice telemetry, and spatial point-cloud scans are automatically purged or permanently anonymized within ninety (90) days of research completion. You retain the right to request access to, correction of, or immediate deletion of your personal and research data at any time.
